A solemn statement on the forgery of the seal of our school

On March 13, 2023, Shijiazhuang Modern Science and Technology Secondary Professional School found that the official seal of the school was forged by criminals, and our school has reported it to the public security organ。This illegal act has seriously damaged the legitimate rights and interests of the school and students, and affected the social reputation of the school。In order to protect the vital interests of students and maintain the image of the school, we hereby make the following solemn declaration on illegal acts such as forging private seals in the name of the school, charging private enrollment fees, and signing contracts without permission:
I. The official seal used by our school is for the record of the public security organs. Our school has never authorized any unit or individual to engraves the seal of our school, nor has it authorized any unit or individual to use the seal to collect student fees and obtain other benefits. Please do not be affected by false information to avoid unnecessary losses。
2. Any activities that are not truly authorized by the School have nothing to do with our school. The fees and other benefits obtained by any unit or individual using the forged school seal are not legally binding on our school。
3. All fees will be charged by the school through the unified charge QR code to the school's public account, and no individual has the right to collect;All losses and liabilities caused by failure to transfer the paid fees to the school's public account shall be borne by individuals。The cooperation agreement signed between the School and any enterprise shall be signed by the legal person before it becomes effective。
Iv. Our school takes this kind of bad incident seriously。From today onwards，For any institution or individual forgery, false use of our school name, seal and private enrollment fees and other acts，Upon discovery，In accordance with the law, we will take legal channels to investigate the tort personnel for civil liability，criminal，In accordance with relevant provisions of the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China，The criminal responsibility of prosecuting infringing persons according to law。
V. Acts of falsely using the name of our University, forging the seal of our University, charging admission fees without permission, signing contracts without permission have been suspected of criminal crimes and have seriously infringed upon the legitimate rights and interests of the University. Relevant individuals or institutions shall immediately stop all activities carried out in the name of the University, and the University has the right to take legal measures to safeguard its legitimate rights and interests。
